Kathmandu: The Indrajatra festival is being traditionally celebrated today by worshiping and worshiping Indra, the god of rain and time.
This festival falls on Bhadra Shukla Chaturdashi day every year and is celebrated in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Dhulikhel, Dolakha and other places. On the day of Bhadra Shukla Dwadashi, this Jatra is celebrated for eight days with different types of dances, chariot processions and worship of goddesses.
